Rachel: Introduce yourself and what you do in the band?
Snowhite: Hi Rachel! I am Snowhite and I sing and write for the band Love Arcade.

Rachel: When and how did love arcade form?
Snowhite: I actually recorded the record in my basement about 2 years ago and needed a band to help me bring the music to life on tour.
Rachel: Where did the name love arcade come from?
Snowhite: The name came from my hippie aunt. She made a big list that was like three pages and Love Arcade was the first name on the list!

Rachel: How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard you before?
Snowhite: Its sounds like cowboy troy...

Rachel: What would you say sets love arcade apart from other bands?
Snowhite: What sets us apart is our personalities. We really like to entertain and just be ourselves.

Rachel: What are some of your musical influences?
Snowhite: Madonna, Prince, Lauryn Hill

Rachel: So your self titled record is out, how was it making that record?
Snowhite: I made that record by myself in my basement. It was a collection of songs from different times in my life. It was written over the course of about 5 years.

Rachel: Do you have any favorite tracks off the record?
Snowhite: My favorite track on the album at this time is "Passenger."

Rachel: So you just finished up a tour with Paramore and The Almost, how was it?
Snowhite: The tour was awesome! We got to meet a lot of new people and we got to see a lot of our old friends!

Rachel: Do you have any favorite cities to tour in?
Snowhite: I have fun in all the cities but I really like playing in Cedar Falls, Iowa and my hometown Detroit, Michigan. Jacksonville was pretty crazy too!
Rachel: Have you had any embarrasing moments on stage?
Snowhite: I broke my foot one time and had to end the show early that wasn't too good heh heh

Rachel: So do you guys have any upcoming tour plans or plans for another record?
Snowhite: Yes, I'm getting the record done right now so we can get back to touring! It's a very exciting process!

Rachel: When it is all said and done what do you want love arcade to be remembered for?
Snowhite: I just wanna change the direction of music a lil bit, that's all...set it on a different course even if it is just a couple of degrees.

Rachel: Thanks for taking the time to do this interview, do you have any last words?
Snowhite: Thank you! I just wanna tell everyone to do what they want to do and not what someone else wants them to.
