MYSPACE

Amber: How did the band form, and tell us a little bit about the members?
Rob: Our guitarist Quinn and I have played in bands together for since we were like 14 or 15. The same goes with our singer Jeff and our drummer Jay. We all eventually became friends through going to shows and high school, things like that. During winter break from college freshman year, which I think was 05', I started jamming with Jay and Jeff, we wanted/needed another guitarist I asked Quinn and here we are. They're the biggest jabroni's I know but also my best friends.

Amber: Name some artist you would love to share the stage with?
Rob: The Appleseed Cast, Radiohead, Mute Math, and The Beatles (A guy can dream can't he?)
Quinn: Off the top of my head, Thrice, Rx Bandits and Against ME.

Amber: What's your favorite song to perform?
Quinn: Hogwild, it's not on our demo, it gets real big and loud right away. Its half regimented parts that I like to play and hear and half kind of spacey, so I get to do something different every time.

Amber: What are your 3 touring must haves?
Rob and Quinn: Books, Deposits Slips, and Montell Jordan or Bone Thugs N' Harmony.

Amber: Any plans for a tour soon?
Rob: Not as of right now, we actually just came back in June, so we're pretty broke. We’re also going to try and record a bit. 3 out of the 4 of us still go to school, so it's tough during the year but next summer we will most definitely be out and about.

Amber: How do you remember your fans; which ones stand out to you?
Quinn: I don’t know, whoever seems happy to be there singing or dancing.
Rob: We have this friend "perks”, he likes us real lot, whenever he's there he’s just goes Apeshit. He yells and stuff, it’s a blast.

Amber: What’s the best thing you have learned so far about the music business?
Rob: To be completely honest, not much, if anything. When your just starting out like we are its so tough to get good shows, because there so many bands out there, and it’s become about how many tickets you can sell or how much many you can make for someone else. Hardly, any of it is based on how good your music. It’s the same the higher up you go, they don't care, for the most part, about if your music is new or innovative, it just matters how much money you can make. This promotes the same regurgitated junk you hear over and over again.

Amber: Ideally if you could pick the label you were signed to what one would you pick and why?
Quinn: I like mdb records because the idea behind it is, its a group of friends who make, record and distribute music together, which is all a record label should be in the first place. Anyone who would want to find out about it will, the internet is incredibly useful for that. It also promotes a positive message. Either that or cash money, we'd kill to be big tymers.

Amber: Do you have any embarrassing moments while being on stage?
Rob: On tour this summer we played a show in North Carolina and earlier it had recently come to our attention that 2 out of the 4 of us we're pretty much dead ass broke ( I won't name names...) so in lew of this Me and Quinn decided to ease our pains with a little wine, try to get out and talk to the kids at the show and sell some merch, well for the Quinn that turned into quite a bit of wine. All the kids at the show thought we had ridiculously funny accents, being from Boston and all, and when Quinn introduced himself to this group of girls they thought he said his name was "Quincy". While we're playing that night Quinn's pedal board ceases to function and he just gets this look of bewilderment on his face and doesn’t know what to do, the set ended being kind of mess but that was fine, The kids didn’t seem to mind but the guitarist in the band after us stuff also didn’t work and from the back of the room a girl shouted " DONT BE A QUINCY". We thought it was really funny, long story short, we talk funny when we're drunk, Quinn’s stuff broke, little girls made fun of him.

Amber: What made you decided you wanted to be a musician?
Quinn: Two of my friends played guitar, I thought it was awesome, I asked for a guitar for Christmas and Jesus brought it that was in 8th grade.

Amber: Did you have a Demo come out not too long ago?
Rob: We had a demo that we came out with last summer but hopefully we'll have an EP ready by the winter.

Amber: Have u started recording or planning to record yet?
Rob: We just finishing up writing I think, don’t hold me to that, unless anything else strikes our fancy but we'll hopefully be starting in a few weeks.

Amber: What is the first thing that crosses your mind when you walk on stage?
Rob: O dear I hope this works! We worked out our set so all the songs connect with interludes and whatnot so it’s like 30 minutes of non stop action. When the train leaves the station, so to speak, there's really no stopping it, unless the train comes off the tracks, which has happened a few times.

Amber: So here's your chance, get a message out to your fans. What do you want to say to them? Rob: We love all you brogans! Thank you so much for everything, without you and your support we'd be even less than we are. Spread the good word! Amber: When all is said and done, what do you want the band to be remembered for?
Rob: Being 4 jabronis, who played good music people genuinely enjoyed.
