 3OH!3 MYSPACE.com/3oh3 Brittany:Start off by telling us your name and what you do in the band. Nate: My name is Nathaniel Motte. I scream, yell, croon and cry into a microphone in front of people. and click computer keys to make different sounds at home. Brittany: When and how did the band form? Nate: I guess you could say we are as old as those hills over there.. we smell like mothballs.. 3OH!3's skin is starting to show signs of wear and tear... We met in 2003. 3OH!3 probably came to be an entity in 2004 sometime.. no one really knows.The initial moment was in a physics class. It was bromance at first sight. Brittany: How would you describe the band's sound for people have never checked you out? Nate: Celine on ice. Seal on rock. Bono on Chrono. Loud beats and big booties. Sweat. Wind. Jumping. Smiles. Brittany:You guys are on Warped Tour right now. How has that been so far? Nate: Warped has been AMAZING! Playing to crowds of a couple thousand people going APESHIT the whole time and dancing and smiling and having fun (ps we are doing the same shit on stage at the same time!!!) is incredible. The reception in all these places that we have never been couldn't be better. It is an amazingly rewarding and satisfying thing! Brittany: Have any dates stood out for you so far? Nate: DENVER!!! 8,000-10,000 people.. what and incredible say. One of the most incredible in my life. Flattering in so many ways and invogorating on so many levels. After that, everywhere has been crazy! People at our shows are the coolest EVER. They are the most fun, responsive, supportive and loving audience that anyone could ever ask for - it is crazy. Houston what up, MD, holler at me..Jesus..... Boston today.. WOW. Brittany: What are your plans after this tour? Nate: We will be going back out on the road to revisit to homies we are making all across this tour! Videos gallore, more beats, more yelling, MORE FUN! Brittany: What is the best advice you can give someone about the music industry? Nate: Start a jam band. Brittany: What made you decide you wanted to do music for a living? Nate: So many factors... Babes, babes, dudes, dudes, babes, money. No really though it has always been SO MUCH FUN for us! We work our asses off but it is super fulfilling! Brittany: Any hidden talents or something about you people may not expect? Nate: I'm super good at lifting weights, and jam-banding. Brittany: Any last words for everyone reading this?
