Band: Interpol
Title: Our Love to Admire (2007)
Reviewed By: Arie

The band that emerged from the New York indie music scene in the 2000's has recently released their latest album, "Our Love to Admire". It was produced by Rich Costly who has worked with such artists as Muse and Franz Ferdinand. This album does not disappoint. "Our Love to Admire" follows the dark lyrical themes of their previous two albums, "Turn on the Bright Lights." and "Antics", but with an added touch of keyboard into the mix.

The lead vocals done by Paul Banks are elegant and compelling. The tracks on "Our Love To Admire" flow into each other and ultimately leave you with a great feeling.

Interpol has recently signed to Capitol Records after their contract with Matador was up. You can catch Interpol on their tour this fall, and hear their single "Heinrich Maneuver" on radio stations across the world. That song is only a taste of how great "Our Love to Admire" really is.

This album is kick ass, and I give it 4 out of 5 stars, and highly recommend you pick this album up.

If you like Interpol, be sure to check out Bloc Party and The Arcade Fire.
